The Social Care and Health Training company was founded by Linus Dignam, MSc BA BSc RMN PGD Cert Ed NEBOSH with the simple aim of providing quality training to the health and care sector.

Linus says ‘I would like to welcome you to our Social Care and Health Training company, together with my colleagues we really enjoy training and focus on engaging and upskilling your staff. I have personally worked for many years as a psychiatric nurse in the West Midlands, college lecturer in health and social care and early years at Handsworth College in Birmingham and as an independent specialist trainer and NVQ assessor. All this has enabled me to utilise my experience, combined with my academic studies with post graduate law and an MSc in Occupational Psychology to ensure that the team provides I believe the best quality training in the UK care sector’.

We use a team of specialist health and social care trainers, who have first-hand experience of working in the NHS and social care sector. All our trainers have their own specialism, and several have professional care qualifications and experience as registered nurses. In addition, they can communicate and engage individuals to provide an excellent learning environment for our students.
